What does the process look like from start to finish?

We follow a streamlined 4-stage process to deliver your listing video quickly and professionally:

  • Stage 1: Request Submission | For new realtors fill out our Realtor Listing Video Request Form with property details and preferences.

  • Stage 2: Payment | You’ll receive an invoice via PayPal; work begins within 24 hours of payment receipt.

  • Stage 3: Layout Confirmation | Within 72 business hours of payment, we’ll provide a video layout plan for review.
    Client feedback or changes must be submitted within 48 hours—otherwise, the default layout will be used.

  • Stage 4: Final Delivery | You’ll receive 2 versions of your listing video:

    • One branded video (with logo, name, and contact info)

    • One non-branded video (MLS-compliant)

How much does it cost?

  • $75 Standard Listing Video (Youtube Format)

  • $125 Standard Listing Video + Voice Over (AI)

  • $175 Standard Listing Video + Voice Over (Human)

  • $250 Legacy Oak Media to take pictures + video (no drone) + Standard Listing Video

  • $350 Legacy Oak Media to take pictures + video and drone + Standard Listing Video

  • $50 per platform to convert Standard Listing video to “Shorts Format” (Tik Tok/IG/YT short)

How long does it take to receive my listing video?

Typical turnaround is within 5-7 business days for the end-to-end process. Video is typically delivered within 72 hours after Layout Confirmation has been sent out to the customer.

Do you offer rush delivery?

Yes, rush delivery is available for established clients only (additional fees below will apply).

  • Next Business Day Delivery: +$75

  • Same-Day Delivery: +$150 (Request must be submitted by 10:00 AM)

Rush requests are accepted on a case-by-case basis and may not be available during weekends, holidays, or peak production times. Please contact us directly to confirm availability.

What’s included in the listing video package?

Each video includes 60–90 seconds of professionally edited footage, licensed music, branding (agent name/logo), and delivery in YouTube–ready formats. (Customized options are available and may require additional fees or a custom quote.)

Do you offer voiceovers?

Yes! Voiceovers are available as an add-on and include custom scriptwriting. Please note: adding a voiceover will extend the delivery window by an additional 2–3 business days.

Can I submit more than one listing at a time?

Yes! After your first listing is complete, you're welcome to submit multiple properties via email or web form. While multiple listings can be submitted at once, each will follow the same processing timeline allocated for individual listings. We'll create a project plan outlining the order in which your listings will be completed, with estimated delivery dates. Each listing is processed one at a time to maintain consistency and quality.

Where do you provide services?

Legacy Oak Media provides digital listing video services to real estate professionals across the U.S. and Canada. Because our process is remote and streamlined, we can serve agents in any market, no matter where you're located.

What if I took my pictures on my phone?

Phone photos are totally fine to start with! We can work with them to understand the layout and key features of the home. However, for the best visual quality and professional results, we highly recommend pairing your listing video with high-resolution photography. Need help?
